“ Amazing little place in Henderson for authentic Peruvian food with a modern twist! There is a certain type of nostalgia I get for this cuisine as my mothers family is from Lima and Peruvian food holds a special place in my heart. The atmosphere was bright, warm, and welcoming, filled with the enchanting aromas of home cooked flavors. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and Papa a la Huancaina and both were absolutely delicious, each bite packed with just the right amount of heart and flavor. The Lomo Saltado was perfectly seasoned with tender beef, sauteed onions, and tomatoes blending beautifully with the crispy fries. The Papa a la Huancaina had a creamy, rich sauce with just the right touch of spice, bringing a comforting balance to the dish. Adding to the experience was the live singer whose beautiful performance filled the space with warmth and authenticity. It truly brought the atmosphere to life. I also had to grab a 2L bottle of Inka Kola to go because no Peruvian meal is complete without it! I will definitely be back on Thursdays and Saturdays for the live music and another taste of home!! ”
